"Your website was confusing and caused me to book the wrong pick up point. Enormous hassle to rearrange. A call to your number on the day to check resulted in my being told there was no booking. On arrival all was OK BUT you charged me £74 for a journey that would normally cost £30. I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN and would actively discourage others from doing."

"The car was smaller than expected and for 2 adults and a child on a booster seat, all seating at the back due to covid regulation, it was really tight. We asked at booking for a child car seat, but this was not provided. Luckily we had one! The driver drove really well and the journey was smooth, but he didn't say a word in all 2 hours travel. It would have been nice if he checked on us every now and then. When the driver arrived at the airport, he called me on my phone and he told me to go outside the airport. It wasn't clear where exactly we had to go. I had to call him back explaining where exactly we were waiting for him. Except for some minor hiccups, a very pleasant experience."
